Shipping & Returns

Allgood Custom Leather carefully prepares and packages online orders from our shop in Creston, California. Please note that we are only shipping Fridays and Mondays.

SHIPPING TIMETABLE

All orders are fulfilled within 2–3 business days after the order is placed. Please allow additional time for processing during holidays and sales promotions. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We charge a flat-rate shipping and handling fee of $7.95 for all orders under $75.

There are a few products in our shop, such as saddles and western hats, that have additional freight costs associated with them due to weight or size. Please refer to the product listing for those additional fees.

We currently ship only within the United States. We ship orders via USPS, but can accommodate other carriers upon request and at an additional price for those who need that service provider. 

If your order is time sensitive or have other specific needs, we strongly encourage you contact us at  howdy@allgoodcustomleather.com immediately after placing your order for further assistance and help.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope to in the future as we get more accustomed to online retail and shipping -- so keep checking back! We thank you for your patience.

RETURNS

Allgood Custom Leather accepts returns within 30 days of receipt given the order is unused, unwornundamaged, and in its original packaging (tags still attached and items are in new condition) for store credit. You are responsible for return shipping costs, if applicable.

Please send your order and your packing slip to the below address. Once we receive the product at our headquarters, we will notify you via email and issue your store credit (via a gift card) for the products returned, although shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Any items purchased from our clearance section or which are personalized are considered final sale. These items are not eligible for returns.
